The Subscriber is notified of all pending foreclosure activity each month by e-mail and/or certified mail within 14 days of the pending foreclosure auction.
Foreclosure also creates new ownership, often delaying timely payment to existing mortgagees, property insurers, homeowners associations and other interested parties.
